CrossFit Workout - Tuesday 5/19/15

Snatch every 30 seconds for 10 minutes.  Weight will be determined by the coach.  Full squat snatch or power snatch into an overhead squat, based on your current ability.

Followed by a hard hitting conditioning AfterWOD
