CrossFit Workout - Monday 8/19/13

Max rep Monday

5 minutes max reps of

Pullups
Pushups
Situps
Squats

There is a 10 second rest between movements to give you time to record your reps. 

Warmup: 5 minutes on rower & 1000 meter run

Cool down: 10 ball slams & 10 burpees, 5 rounds for time
