CrossFit Workout - Thursday 8/8/13

Main Site WOD done last year, compare to our 8/15/12 workout

max rounds in 15 minutes of

10 - kb swings
10 - box jumps
10 - ring dips

Warmup:  3000 meters, run and or row, any combination
Cool down:  Trainer's choice

If it's raining during our cool down and you don't want to run, 30 burpees will equal one 1000 meter run
