CrossFit Workout - Monday 07/18/11

Any order Angie

for time,

100 pullups
100 pushups
100 situps
100 squats

You can do the exercises in any order, but you must complete all 100 reps before moving to the next exercise.  Post total time and your chosen order on the Whiteboard or to Comments.
