Crossfit Workout - Wednesday 04/13/11

You have 15 minutes to determine your 3 rep max deadlift.

Warmup: CrossFit Warmup x 3 rounds - 10 reps each
Cool down: rest 3 minutes, reduce weight on bar approximately 30% from your 3 rep max, and perform 15 more deadlifts.
