CrossFit Workout - Wednesday 11/10/10

15 hand release pushups
15 situps (choice)

10 rounds.

There is no time component for this workout.  Perform all reps with strict form and with full range of motion and don't worry about how fast you can finish.  Rest between sets as needed.  Take a 500 meter run once or twice during the workout if you need the recover time.  Situps can be standard abmat situps, medball situps, weighted situps, v-situps,  4 count flutter kicks or any other style that you like better.
