Crossfit Workout - Friday 11/05/10

on gymnastic rings perform a "skin the cat" then slowly lower from an inverted hang with as straight body as possible - 5 reps
jump rope - 100 skips

10 rounds. Forget the clock on this workout, just do the movements as strict as possible.

That was harder than it looked but much more fun than I thought it would be. More ring work please!
