Damn those Double Unders! Otherwise I would have done better (I think 'Cindy' is more my speed).

TROY: 10 Rounds plus double unders and push-ups (didn't get to the pull-ups).

Then did GHD Pyramid with my brother Tim (11 lb med ball) 1-10-1


TIM (My Lil Bro): 15 full rounds. Great job for his first CrossFit effort.


Sean, not to bust your bubble but Jason pulled out 22 full rounds on you. Hope both your hands are better today.
