Did this from home this morning.35 lb Dumbell (for KB Swing)Tim & Troy finished together @ 8:25We warmed up with 1/3 mile run & alot of stretching.Cool-Down: .1 mile hill sprints (4% incline).See you all next Saturday (14th). I will be checking out Rochester's CrossFit gym next week.
