This was a doozie. I'm so glad we picked such a nice cool day to do all the running...god i love summer!

Oh....and I flipped my first tire :)

17:something...but I used the straps for my knees to elbows. My hand is still messed up.

I need the rest day as well. These last 4 days seemed INTENSE to me, even by our normal standards.
