Turkish Get-ups 5-5-5-5 R&L
Bent over rows 10-10-10-10
Reverse hyper 15-15-15-15

After performing all four sets, choose one movement for a 5th set.

Increase weight each set for all exercises, as long as you maintain perfect form.
