CrossFIt Workout - Monday 10/5/15


Max rounds in 20 minutes of

10 sumo deadlift - 50% of 1 rep max
10 shoulder tap pushup

and perform 20 burpees and run 400 meters at 8:00

Reminder: We're dropping the weekday 7:00am Workouts from the schedule starting this week. Show up by 6:30 am to start your warmup, lights out at 7:30 am.
