All members are welcome, kids and well behaved dogs too! We'll have lots of grilled chicken, sausage & pulled pork, you bring a side dish to share. We'll have a hot grill available if you need one. Sort of a Task List/ Friday Fun Day, but with timed rounds & an AfterWOD. Show up and see the movements.
