med ball clean - 10 reps
knees to elbow - 10 reps
mountain climber - 10 reps (4-count)

Rx'd- 20lb ball-Men, 14lb ball-Women
"Jacked"-  DB squat cleans, 30lb-Men, 20lb-women and Toes to Bar

Warmup: 2000 meter row
Cool down: 3x 125 meter row sprints, max effort. record fastest time
