CrossFit Workout - Thursday 08/25/11

150 wall balls
run 1 mile
for time

Warmup: 15 light barbell front squats, 15 pushups, 4 rounds then run 500 meters(once). Increase weight on front squats each round
Cool Down: Trainer's choice
