CrossFit Workout - Wednesday 02/09/11

Overhead Squat 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2

pause for two full seconds at the bottom of each rep, rest 1-2 minutes between sets

Warmup:  CrossFit Warmup x 2 rounds
Cool down: CF Cleveland Ab cool down, 2 rounds for time

I am new to CrossFit, I just wanted to know what the 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 means, and what a CrossFit warm up is. Thank you for your time.

repeat this 8 times....hence 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2
Your weight will increase with each rep, if possible

CF Warm-up is (at 2 rounds of it)
12 second Samson stretch
12 overhead squats with PVC
12 sit-ups
12 superman stretch
12 Pull-Ups
12 Ring Dips
