CrossFit Workout - Wednesday 7/14/2010

5 Rounds, not for time:
Squat Clean, 12 reps (Men-95, Women-65 lbs.)
Horizontal Ring Push Ups, max reps.

This is not for time. The weight on the cleans should be about 50% your 1 rep max or bodyweight.
