20 kb swings  55lb/36lb
15 box jumps
10 burpees
5 forward rolls

4 rounds ending with a single 750m run or 850m row, for time.

Warmup: 10 turkish getups, per side (20 total) light to medium weight

Cool down: trainer's choice
