Main Site workout week continues with a twist, double WOD Thursday!

WOD 1: from Crossfit.com 04/16/10
4 rounds for time
Row 500M, rest 3 minutes
Record times and post to Comments

Share a rower with a partner if it's crowded

WOD 2: Karen
150 wall balls for time

Yes, I know, you hate me.  Suck it up, buttercup.

Warmup: 30 mountain climbers, 20 situps, 10 burpees - 3 rounds
Cool down: run 1.0, 1.2, 1.5 2.0 or 3.0 miles, for time - your choice
