CrossFit Workout - Monday 04/05/10

750M row or run
10 rounds of 10 knees to elbows & 20 situps
750M row or run

Warm up: CF gymnastic warm-up x 2 rounds
Cool down: 1 mile run or 2000M row

April is 'weight loss' month at CF Cleveland. If you are interested in losing weight in addition to increasing your overall fitness level, run 1 mile, for time, following every workout this month. Rain or shine, run one mile.

Did the first five on rings, it was tough to get a rhythm going. Did the sit ups on the grass, desperately need to buy an Abmat. If my time sucks it was because Kate was not there to tell me to suck it up!
