21 Front Squats 65lbs
21 Standing Press 65lbs

Complete 21 front squats before moving to the standing press. Repeat 5 times total.

I can't remember my time...

I loved this workout though. I never realized how much the front squat works my shoulders until I coupled it with the press. Yikes.
