Shadow Boxing warm-up - three 2 minute rounds with 30 seconds of handstand holds between rounds. Add knees in second round and kicks in third.

as many rounds in 20 minutes of:

3 pullups
6 pushups
9 situps
12 squats

If you don't have a pullup bar, find a tree branch.

(12 complete rounds plus pullups/pushups of round 13 before time expired)
