CrossFit Workout - Tuesday 7/15/14

Death by hang cleans, every minute on the minute perform
10-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10....as long as you are able to complete the required reps within the minute.

Men 95lb/Women 65lb.  Jacked version 115lb/80lb. Scale weight as needed
