inverted hang to l-hang on rings - 5 x 5 reps
1-arm farmer's carry - 5 x 100 meters R&L (60-70lb-M/40-50lb-W)
squat snatch pull downs w/pvc - 5 x 15 reps
There will be a sub for the farmer's carry if it is raining hard.
