CrossFit Workout - Wednesday 05/30/12

Happy Birthday to a guy who is turning 38 and pretends to be 19 sometimes, as per his wife ; >)

500 meter run
38 DB squat cleans
19 pushups
19 DB squat cleans
38 pushups
38 DB squat cleans
19 pushups
750 meter run

* 30lb DB-men, 20lb DB-women.  Jacked, as heavy as you dare....
* Pushups-chest to abmat and gripping the dumbbells 

Warmup: 38 wall ball situps, 19 burpees, 38 ball slams, 500 meter run
Cool down: Trainer's choice
