125 meter row sprint - max effort
Increase weight each set for the TGUs. Add one shoulder press at the top of each TGU rep.
Record your highest weight used to perform the TGUs and your single fastest row sprint time
Warmup: 1500 meter row or run or combination
Cool down: one additional 125 meter row sprint
