100 squats
80 situps

I'm going to try to break 21:00 on this one.
Here's the theory:
2000M Row = 8 mins
100 squats = 3 mins
80 situps = 3 mins
60 pushups = 3 mins
40 pullups = 3 mins
20 KTEs = 1 min

*I guess we'll see tonight!!

20:19 on this bad boy!

Although I saw 3 or 4 sub 20:00 mins that led me to believe that with a few less breaks one could come close to 19:00.
