Double unders - 2 minutes
Rest 1 minute

Two people can share a rower. You row while your partner does the double unders, then switch. Both take the 1 minute rest at the same time.

I forgot the 1 min rest between-opps

Row: 26,27,28,31
DU: 40,32,28,22

An interesting thing happened, the more I thought about form on the rower I got better and the exact opposite with double unders.
