2400/3000...I'm on the down hill finally!

Pushups = 80 reps
Run (.3 miles) = 1:57
Situps = 84 reps
Run (.3 miles) = 2:00
Pullups = 54 reps
Run (.3 miles) = 1:56
I forgot the minute rest after each tabata series and each run.
+/- .3 miles (ran north along metroparks trail from under I-90 bridge to pull-up/sit-up station then back)
