'Fight Gone Bad"

Please show up on the hour or half hour to start your warmup.  Fight Gone Bad runs in heats starting every 30-35 minutes.

1 minute max reps of the following movements followed by 1 minute rest x 3 rounds

wall ball shot (20/14)
sumo deadlift high pull (75/55)
box jump - 20"
push press (75/55)
row  (calories)
