Choice of one: Cindy, Mary or Nicole

max rounds in 20 minutes of

5 pullup
10 pushup
15 squat

5 handstand pushup
10 pistol (alternating R&L)
15 pullup

400 meter run
max rep pullup

Warmup:  CF Cleveland AB routine with ball slams, 25 reps each x 3 rounds
Cool down:  Trainer's choice
