CrossFit Workout - Wednesday 12/26/12

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Chest to bar Pull-ups
10 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
15 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood

Yes, we will hold the 7:30pm Beginner Fitness Workout tonight.  If the weather is bad, stay home and be safe. We will be there for you if you decide to attend.
