CrossFit Workout - Thursday 12/13/12

KB squat clean to overhead- 5 reps right arm
wall walk - 3 reps

KB squat clean to overhead - 5 reps left arm
wall walk - 3 reps

5 rounds, increase KB weight each round.  Rest as needed between movements.  "Overhead" can be a shoulder press, push press, jerk, or thruster - your choice.

Warmup & Cool down:  Trainer's Choice.
