33 jumping goblet squats

men 35/36lb, women 25lb kettlebell or dumbbell, your choice.  Scale to knees to elbows or hanging knee raises.

Warmup: 50 foot full squat broad jumps into 200 meter runs, 5 rounds
Cool down:  Max reps anchored situps in 3 minutes
