Crossfit Workout - Friday 08/13/10

Friday the 13th = Choice Day


A:  Annie
50-40-30-20-10 reps of
double unders 
situps


or 


B:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

115-pound Hang clean, 15 reps
12 Ring dips
21 Sit-ups



Post number of rounds completed to comments.

If you're really feeling it, do both with a 3 minute rest in between.

My turn to bonk...slept past 6am by accident, then quickly did day 32 of burpees, ran 2 miles and 32 games standard push ups....that's all, weak effort but the alarm got me today, have a great weekend!
