Crossfit Workout - Friday 08/06/10

Death by Pullups

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.  Once you fail to complete the required number of reps during that minute, reset and start over at three reps, continue for a total of 20 rounds. 


Use as many sets each minute as needed. Record the number of pullups you were able to complete in your highest round.

Thought it would be OK...started to suck at 8 - never saw 13!!! ...but my hands know it and my lats know it today!!!
