CrossFit Workout - Tuesday 8/4/15

AMRAP in 10 minutes of

7 reps - power snatch 95/65
7 reps - knees to elbows (no T2B)

Run 400 meters at 4:00 on the clock and resume where you left off.  ** Jacked version, you choose load between 115lb & 135lb.




Recommended Additional Lifting:  Zercher squat 1-1-1-1-1
