CrossFit Workout - Tuesday 12/18/12

For time, 10-->1 down ladder of:

95lb thruster  (65lb-W)
burpee box jump (20"/14")

Scale to your Fran weight, or use Dumbbells.

Jacked version, 115lb-M/80lb-W & 24"/20"

Warmup:  squat, pushup, plank jack, & flutter kick
75 reps each, partition any way you choose

Cool Down: Farmer's walk, 3 minutes total
