Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3...

You have 20 minutes to find your 3 rep max

Then perform 6 rounds of
125 meter row sprints - max effort

rest as needed between rounds, record fastest 125M time

Warmup: 1500 meter row
Cool down: Samson, cobra and squat stretches for 5 minutes
