CrossFit Workout - Tuesday 09/11/12

6 Rounds for time of...

135lb squat clean - 3 reps  (95lb-W)
crossover plyo pushups - 10 reps

Jacked version: 175lb-Men, 115lb-Women)

Warmup:  3 rounds of 5 wall walks, 10 burpees, 15 squats then one 1000 meter run
Cool Down:  Trainer's choice
