CrossFit Workout - Monday 06/19/11

7 rounds for time of

15 DB squat clean thruster (30lb-M, 20lb-W)
200 meter run

if it's raining substitute 50 mountain climbers for each run (4-count)

Warmup:  1500 meter row, 60 situps & 30 pullups, partition any way you choose
Cool down:  Trainer's choice
