12:29. Used 50 lb DB for swings and 25 lb DB for push press in hotel gym. Pete

Yes, a 1 to 10 to 1 pyramid.
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps of each exercise. 100 reps of each in total.
