Warm-up: 1500M row and 21 wallballs

Round 1: 5-4-3-2-1 reps of
95lb shoulder press
burpee

Round 2: 5-4-3-2-1 reps of
pullup
burpee

Round 3: 5-4-3-2-1 reps of
95lb shoulder press
burpee

Round 4: 5-4-3-2-1 reps of
pullup
burpee

Clean the bar off the floor for each set of presses. Post time to Comments.

Cool down: 30 hanging knees to elbows and 30 abmat situps
