I did this one on Sunday because I won't have time on Monday.

15 Rounds + 5 pull-ups

Feeling much more fresh today. Hopefully after another rest day tomorrow, I'll be all set for Tuesday!

I woke up late and checked the website and was relieved to find I could do "Cindy" at home.

17 Rounds.

My stamina is now starting to improve.
