20 seconds work/10 seconds rest of the following:
1. Pushups
2. Kettlebell/dumbell swings
3. Sit-ups
4. Squats
8 rounds of each exercise. Finish one exercise before moving to the next. 16 minutes total.

Managed 4.9 consecutive muscle-ups. Did some dips. Kettlebell juggling with the 20#.
