2 minute jump rope
25 box jumps
25 wallballs

Switched up the order:
25 Box Jumps (24" box)
25 Wall Balls (21 lb ball)

then

Dylon did 2 minutes Jump Rope
Troy did 500meter row (I suck @ jumping rope)

Great workout. Dylon suggested 3 rounds but with 50 reps wallballs/boxjumps & 3min jump rope.

-Lost time in the middle becuase I had to stop and take off my pants.
-Switched boxes due to time constraints.
-P.S. I was wearing shorts underneath.
