Follow this rep scheme: 5-15-25, 10-15-20, 15-15-15, 20-15-10, 25-15-5, 20-15-10, 15-15-15, 10-15-20, 5-15-25. 1st set: 5 sit-ups-15 burpees-25 squats. 2nd set: 10 sit-ups-15 burpees-20 squats, etc...
