toes to bar (or KTE)
box jump
mountain climber (4-count)

Sub burpees & ball slams on the 7's and 9's

Warmup: 5 pullup, 10 pushup, 15 squat x 5

Pick a pullup bar and do your warmup and workout all in the same spot.
