CrossFit Workout - Friday 07/15/11

5 rounds, time it if you want to or just get it all done.

12 seated box jumps
farmer's walk to barber shop and back (DBs or plates)
6 backward shoulder rolls
waiter's walk to barber shop and back (KB)

Record max box height and max weights for walks.  Increase each round if possible.

Warmup and cool down:  Trainer's choice
