60 Wall-ball shots, 20 pound ball
Run 1000 meters
45 Wall-ball shots, 20 pound ball
Run 500 meters
30 Wall-ball shots, 20 pound ball

run multiple 500 routes near the gym, Madison to Spring Garden to Fries and back.
